Sylvain Sabbah-Mani has been a real estate builder and developer in the Southern California market, specializing in the development of single and multi-family projects since 2002. As a real estate developer and entrepreneur having worked in Chicago, the Bay Area and Los Angeles, he has become an expert in all aspects of land development and home construction.
Sylvain joined Noesis Group in 2010. As the head of sales and acquisition, he oversees all tenant and Broker relations, the expansion of the property management division, the sales and marketing of all completed project, as well as leading the team in charge of pro-forma deal analysis. His approach has led all completed projects to hold area records for sales price and price per square foot, leading significant returns to investors above all projections.
Prior to joining Noesis Group, Sylvain was a top sales agent with 360 Realty, a top Los Angeles based
Realty firm based in Beverly Hills, California. He specialized in working with high net-worth individuals, both
local and internationally based, in acquiring development and investment properties. The experience
gained with 360 Realty gave Sylvain a strong background and understanding of the values of the Los
Angeles real estate market. He gained his property management experience at Mani Brothers, LLC,
one of the largest privately-owned real estate firm specializing in AAA nationally recognized and
awarded commercial buildings, hotels, and restaurants, in Los Angeles. During his time at Mani Brothers,
he was part of the team that led the acquisition and the renovations of both the 9201 and 9200 W. Sunset Blvd
properties, which included working with agents, tenants and all negotiations of the acquisition and financing of the purchases.
Aside from working in real estate, Sylvain is a car enthusiast who often competes in SCCA and BMW CCA track cross events.
