As Founder and Principal of Noesis Group, Igal has been a leading and integral part of building Noesis Group’s Design, Build and Investment divisions. Born in Morocco and having lived in France, Spain and Israel, Igal’s diverse background, coupled with his passion for creativity and unique global perspective, fuel the unique designs behind Noesis Group’s projects. Igal is also actively involved in the development and repositioning of Noesis Group’s real estate investments and has been instrumental in sourcing new investment transactions and establishing and maintaining relationships with stateside and foreign investors.
Prior to Noesis Group, Igal worked as an Associate for CIM Group, a national real estate private equity investment fund and development company based in Hollywood, CA. During this time, Igal increased his real estate development expertise. He led various mixed-use projects, focusing on entitlement, land use, permitting and construction. Igal also had an international presence as Project Manager for CB Richard Ellis located in Morocco. As a P.M. for CBRE, Igal supervised the construction of a luxurious multi-million dollar, 24-unit condominium complex – actually completing the project 22 days before the delivery and achieving a 12% savings on the budgeted cost. From 2005 to 2007, Igal worked in project management for STMC, a Los Angeles-based company, where his primary responsibilities included generating and monitoring a $75 million budget for the L.A. Fashion Center, synchronizing trades’ construction schedules and leading progress meetings with architects and engineers.
Igal completed his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California (USC) in 2010. He also graduated from USC in 2005 with dual Magna Cum Laude Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Igal holds a DRE Broker’s License and CSLB General Contractor’s License. He is fluent in French, Arabic and Spanish, and is proficient in Hebrew and Italian.
In his free time Igal enjoys his passion for two wheels mountain biking and competing in motorcycle road racing. He is also an avid tennis and soccer player.
